Sanctum Carpentry is a Byron Bay based building and carpentry studio led by Evan Poa. We take on a considered number of projects each year so every home, deck and piece of joinery gets the attention it deserves.
From new custom homes to renovations and fine cabinetry, our work is grounded in natural materials and traditional trade skill, brought together with a modern, coastal sensibility. We are proud of the details most people never see, because they are what make a build last.
Fully licensed in both Queensland and New South Wales, we build across the Northern Rivers and the Gold Coast, working closely with owners, architects and designers from first sketch to final handover.
