Yes. Sanctum Carpentry holds QLD builder licence 1246494 and NSW builder licence 316597C, so we build on both sides of the border - from the Northern Rivers up through the Tweed Coast and Gold Coast - without subcontracting the responsibility away.
All the time, and happily. We can price and build from your architect's documentation, or come in early to help resolve details and keep the design buildable and on budget. If you do not have a designer yet, we can recommend people we trust.
We build across the Northern Rivers (Byron Bay, Bangalow, Lennox Head, Ballina, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads), the Tweed Coast and the southern Gold Coast. If your site is near that patch, ask - we assess each project on its merits.
