Sanctum takes on whole-home renovations, extensions and structural alterations across the Northern Rivers, Tweed Coast and Gold Coast. From re-levelling and re-framing through to new cladding, windows, timber floors and finish carpentry, the work is planned properly and executed by one licensed builder.

Often, yes - it depends on the scope. We stage the work, keep the site clean and safe, and are upfront about the phases where you would be better off elsewhere. You will know the plan before we start.
Yes. We are licensed builders, not just finish carpenters, so structural alterations, re-framing and engineering coordination are part of the service - and the finish work gets the same care as the structure.
We walk the building with you first. Renovation pricing is only as good as the investigation behind it, so we look hard before we quote, price what we can see honestly, and flag the genuine unknowns instead of burying them.
